Lindsey Stirling drops a new single “Lose You Now” featuring the singer Mako. With Lindsey Stirling’s brilliant musical talent and Mako’s good singing voice, they make a pretty good team.
The song has some enduring lyrics about remembering a lost loved one. Despite them being gone, they still exist inside our hearts and minds. I feel that it reflects on memories and how we respond to them. The arrangement and lyrics work well together. Stirling is, of course, excellent with her music and she plays her violin with excellence. Mako did a great job singing and they blended their talent well.
I also enjoyed the music video. Stirling directed it with Stephen Wayne Mallett and it comes off very well. It displays Stirling’s dancing and acrobatic talent as it shows her watching videos of a person, presumably a parent, whom she lost. This is juxtaposed with Mako playing the piano and singing the lyrics. This made it extremely cool.
