Phoenix Amazing Art Expo 2024

My super cute wife and I decided to head to the Amazing Art Expo which was being hosted at the Phoenix Convention Center. Except for some rude guests in the line to get in, we found it enjoyable.

It was co-sponsored by Uwu Con and promised a whole slate of booths with some amazing artwork. I have to say, it was very impressive. So many of the artists produced some original works, but also renderings from pop culture. We saw anime, Marvel Universe, DCU, Star Wars, and even some horror franchises on display.

The event also hosted voice actors Bryce Papenbrook (Attack On Titan, Demon Slayer, Sword Art Online) and Trina Nishimura (Attack On Titan, My Hero Academia, Trigun) for autographs. While my super cute wife and I were not able to get signatures from them, it was cool to see them interact with the fans.

I will say, my one issue with the event was that it was a bit disorganized. They had three lines. One to get into the expo, one for free art pieces, and one for the autographs. At times, it led to confusion on which line you were actually in. My super cute wife and I found ourselves in the wrong line a couple of times, but once we got in we had a good time.

The artwork was amazing and the organizers were very hospitable to all of the guests.
