‘Gosnell’ Producer Launches ‘Serial Killer: A True Crime Podcast’

Film producer and independent journalist Ann McElhinney is launching a new podcast titled ‘Serial Killer: A True Crime Podcast.’ The first criminal case she will be discussing is connected to their hit film ‘Gosnell,’ later adapted into a stage play. Kermit Gosnell was an abortionist who has been labeled one of the most prolific modern serial killers after his Philadelphia facility revealed his sinister activities.

“Don’t miss the most controversial podcast of the year. Serial Killer: A True Crime Podcast is the story of America’s most prolific serial killer,” they said on their official website. “Journalist Ann McElhinney reveals how Dr. Kermit Gosnell appeared to be a kindly community doctor but killed with impunity whilst those who were supposed to stop him looked away. Serial Killer: A True Crime Podcast exposes how Gosnell was able to kill for almost 40 years before his crimes were exposed because of a routine drugs investigation and a curious cop determined to seek justice for one of his forgotten victims.”

Ann McElhinney and her husband Phelim McAleer recently adapted Gosnell into the stage play ‘Oh Gosnell: The Truth About Abortion.’ The original venue canceled the performance, but fortunately, another opened up for it.

They have worked on other projects including FrackNation, Not Evil Just Wrong, and FBI Lovebirds.

The duo is also working on the film My Son Hunter which will feature Star Wars actress Gina Carano and British star Laurence Fox.
