‘Frontline Soldiers’ Issue 1 Comic Book Review

Brought to us from Concept Moon Studios, the first issue of ‘Frontline Soldiers‘ is written by Cory Lewis with artwork Tochukwu Osakwe and Mu Sahrudin.

When an alien ship lands on Earth, it attracts the attention of three unlikely heroes who are forced to work together. Crimzum is a sarcastic super-soldier, Night Stalker is a mechanized vigilante, and Prometheus the fire slinging aerialist are forced into action when the mysterious Prince Red Blazer arrives on the run from his own people. The heroes form a team in order to stop some powerful aliens from causing havoc.

As far as indie comics go, I enjoyed the story a great deal. It had a short, but solid plot that was peppered with intense action and witty banter. I was not familiar with a lot of the characters since this was my first comic from Concept Moon Studios, but I did not get lost and was able to keep up with the story.

I also want to praise the artwork. It was intense, sleek, and cool. The character designs were top-notch with lots of cool costumes and epic weapons. The background illustrations were riveting and I also loved the action sequences. This comic is top-notch and I applaud it for being so good.
