Steve Cortes invited me back on The Steve Cortes Show where the two of us discussed Disney firing actress Gina Carano from ‘The Mandalorian’ Star Wars show. PLUS, top romantic movies for Valentine’s Day weekend.
Gina Carano plays fan-favorite character Cara Dune, a former Rebel shock trooper who would often partner with Mando and Grogru for all kinds of adventures. There were plans for a possible spin-off on Disney Plus considering the popularity she brings to the show. That is out the door after LucasFilm decided to unceremoniously fire her after a bunch of social media trolls targeted her for canceling.
