‘Star Trek Lower Decks’ is an animated series billed to be a self-parody and comedy of the beloved Star Trek franchise. Instead, it made the whole concept of the science fiction series the subject of mockery, putting a bad taste in everyone’s mouth. In part 2 of my epic rant, I discuss why the series is bad and why CBS should just cancel it. Unfortunately, the cries of fans have gone unheard.

Here is the challenge. I survived all ten of the first season, but I will not, I repeat NOT watch the second season of the show  Sorry, it is just not going to happen. Nope. Nada. Zip. In the meantime, I am going to keep hoping that Star Trek: Strange New Worlds will not be a bust and give Discovery season three a try.
