Lindsey Stirling returns to her roots with a rendition of the video game Azur Lane song “What You’re Made Of” where she partners with singer Kiesza. Not only does she perform, but she also co-wrote with Ruth Anne Cunningham and Wendy Wang.
Lindsey Stirling and Kiesza work very well together. Stirling’s musical talent and Kiesza’s vocal talent are both on full display, matching each other with some amazing sync. It was featured on the “Azur Lane” Original Video Game Soundtrack and deservedly so. I cannot imagine anyone who plays the game thinking it did not match or did the game injustice.
As for the music video, it has some pretty cool images from various cut scenes seen in Azur Lane. They do a good job of intersecting the scenes and matching them with the music. For a mobile game, it has some pretty awesome visuals and the composition of the music goes hand in hand. Lindsey Stirling, per usual, does a good job as does Kiesza.
