“Christmas Tree Farm” is a new yuletide single from singer and songwriter Taylor Swift. She wrote the lyrics for the song and even co-produced it with Jimmy Naples.
The song describes a love for the holiday season. In a signature move, it describes spending time with a loved one, drinking cider, sitting by the fire, being under the mistletoe, and wishing everyone a “Merry Christmas.” The song is fun, charming, and has that care that only Swift can put into her pop music. It does not necessarily a unique song, but I did enjoy listening to it a great deal.
The lyric video shows a skyline with a vast number of trees as the words appear in various Christmas-themed fonts. The music video, meanwhile, shows footage of Swift from her childhood and scenes from a tree farm that she visited frequently as a child. She also directed and produced the video.
