Indie Comic ‘Frontiers’ The Complete First Series Is Now Available

Geoffrey Ashley released the complete first series of his indie comic book series ‘Frontiers‘ back in October. Written by Ashley with illustrations from Adrian9, this series won the “Best Of Los Angeles” Award for Best Cyberpunk Comic Book in 2017.

According to its Amazon page:

Kieran Murphy is an army deserter a hundred years in the future who can’t go home again. A wanted fugitive, he sticks to the sparsely-populated fringe of the galaxy’s rim, scraping out a living aboard his ship, the RENEGADE MERCHANT. His only companion is his ship’s artificial intelligence, JIL, a brilliant, vain, coquettish, holographic beauty with a penchant for exhibitionism.

Murphy’s hand-to-mouth existence is turned upside down by a job offer from a shadowy, underworld figure called THE CURATOR. Soon, Murphy is reunited with an old love and set upon the path toward his genocidal destiny.

It is a fascinating tale that delves beyond science fiction and into an often bizarre, but never boring tale of a guy who becomes destined to destroy humanity and, as the comic book puts it, why that really isn’t such a bad thing.
