Reverend Billy Graham inspired folks from around the world including presidents, kings, and queens. His dedication to Christ and to the Gospel is inspiring. Here are some words of wisdom from Rev. Graham:

“Either communism must die or Christianity must die because it’s actually a battle between Christ and anti-Christ.” -American Mercury, 1954

“I feel sorry for the man who has never known the bracing thrill of taking a stand and sticking to it fearlessly. Moral courage has rewards that timidity can never imagine. Like a shot of adrenaline, it floods the spirit with vitality.” -Reader’s Digest, 1964

“God proved his love on the Cross. When Christ hung, and bled, and died, it was God saying to the world, ‘I love you.’”

“God has given us two hands, one to receive with and the other to give with.”

“It is the Holy Spirit’s job to convict, God’s job to judge and my job to love.”

“The framers of our Constitution meant we were to have freedom of religion, not freedom from religion.”

“I have never known anyone to accept Christ’s redemption and later regret it.”

“The moment we take our last breath on earth, we take our first in heaven.”

“In the Bible God speaks to us; in prayer we speak to God. Both are essential.”

“I don’t know the future, but I do know this: the best is yet to be! Heaven awaits us, and that will be far, far more glorious than anything we can ever imagine. I know that soon my life will be over. I thank God for it, and for all He has given me in this life. But I look forward to Heaven. I look forward to the reunion with friends and loved ones who have gone on before. I look forward to Heaven’s freedom from sorrow and pain. I also look forward to serving God in ways we can’t begin to imagine, for the Bible makes it clear that Heaven is not a place of idleness. And most of all, I look forward to seeing Christ and bowing before Him in praise and gratitude for all He has done for us, and for using me on this earth by His grace — just as I am.” –Just As I Am : The Autobiography of Billy Graham, 1997, co-written with Cliff Barrows
