Katy Perry is an incredible singer. She really knows how to bring techno, pop, and alternative rock together. She does it again with Rise.

The song is about being down and broken, but rising to the occasion. It is an inspiring song and the music goes with it perfectly. The official music video is pretty cool, but her video tribute to the Olympics is pretty awesome too.
